Just looking for a front tow hook/hooks for a 97 4Runner.

you want it to have 2? replacing stock one? I think any bolt on hook will fit, but I havent changed mine at all yet to know for sure

 

I only need one, but have been in situatins where one on the other side would help to pull it in a better direction. I have to check the spacing of the holes I guess.

 

The hooks on my 93 and 01 Runners were the same so I would think any 2nd or 3rd gen one would fit, doesn't need to be from a 97. Find some soccer mum and see if they'll let you take it, not like they use tow hooks at the mall anyway.

 

you should be able to find tow hooks at a tool/parts store. just make sure the hole spacing is the same. 1.5" i think. you'll have to find longer metric bolts as the ones i got for my rears were standard. i think the front hooks are angled out arent they? on mine it is anyway..

oh and eric i have had to yank out a jimmy at the mall. guildford mall, between the LD & walmart theres that embankment. buddy thought he could climb it...he got highcentered at the top
