Is this a SCAM???

That's too ugly to be a scam.
You will also find the scams on ebay. When a vehicle is advertised at some ridiculous price and stated as USD (U.S. dollars) there is a very good chance it is a scam, even though the seller has a huge feedback. They also want you to send them an email straight to them instead of thru the ebay mail system. sually because their "ebay mailbox is full". That way with your email address and the associated code, they can truack back to your computer and get in to your system.
