Rear end is FUBAR
Well I trailored my 1st gen to the shop today thinking it was the transmision I had put in a few weeks ago.... but no. I was informed that my rearend was gone. What to do now? Replace it with the stock 4.11's, upgrade with a locker, or go all out and regear the front and rear? I have a 5" suspention lift with some 33x12.50 BFG Mudterrains., but I would really like to sell them (considering they have never left my office corner) and buy the 35's I want. Money is an issue at this point because all the mods totalling 4,860 I just spent and a 2,200 dollar shop bill for a trany and stuff. Anyone out there have some gears they are looking to get rid of? What to do?
Thanks
Chandler

Where are you located? ... I'm picking up an '86 pickup 2wd for it's motor, and have no need for the axle. .. I have no idea what rear is on it, but I can find out for you ... ??

22re I'm assuming, if so you might want to look at upgrading the gears front and rear. Especially if you're running bigger tires.

you gotta post it in the right section first. This is the Engine/Tranny/Parts for sale section. Try the wanted section.
The axle from diluted would be a 7.5" rear end, so that would not work for what you need anyways.

Yeah, I have 4.11's out of a 2000 4runner....Not sure they'll work for your setup though. I think 1995 would be the oldest truck the setup will work for, but you should check.
The gears are in good condition front and rear, but the spider gears on the front are shot all to h$ll. PM me if you;re interested.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong-as new as 2000 may be different, but I know 3rd gen. V6 Runners are the same- but that's all I know about them.
I sold a V6 locker to StretchASU and he's got a 3rd gen. and it works just fine.
