The driver side glass is a cheap $100.00
I'll have to remove it to get you a shipping price. I'll ballpark at 25.00 to ship both since the window is a bit larger and extremely fragile.

Right now I have interest in the doors whole but if it falls through, I will let you know. I've had a lot of "interest" but not many buyers.
The center console w/heater is 30.00 and the shifter console w/boots is $25.00
