Is the tailgate shell in good shape or is it rusty?

 

The entire gate is in good shape, glass and all, the motor gears are stripped but the internals are very good.

I need the 4 wire plug from the truck to the 02 sensor.
Mine has been cut and someone took the plastic plug. I can't tell where the wire goes it is clipped on the cross member and then goes up over the tranny. If you still have it I would just need a foot of it cut off with the plastic plug on it.
