Question Glassworks Unlimited Taco hood w/ scoop!

Tacoma hoods

I know this company is pretty well know for their 4runner fenders but has anyone bought one of their hoods?

I have scoop envy and upon talking with Donahoe racing AKA "Icon" about their team truck's hoods they directed me to Glasswork's site.

Check out the link. Are their products up to OEM specs as far as fit goes?
Is $380 a rip off!?

What do you guys think?

I personally haven't ever purchased a glassworks product, but I have never paid that much for a hood. But then again all the hoods I have bought required at least 2 pin's to secure. So I would say 380 is probably good for factory style latch and finnished underside. NORCALSVX if your looking for a scooped hood check out http://www.hannemannfiberglass.com/index.html. I just picked one up (it does require 2 pins and matching fenders) for $275 for my 93'. I don't have any pictures, but the scoop is very simmilar to the
4runner style.

THanks for the feedback patrickgraven. I know $380 is a lot for something that's just astetics, but dang it's hot!

Those out there who have had to get a hood painted by a professional, How much would I be looking at for top and bottom?
