FS: Fender Stratocaster and amp - great Christmas gift!
I'm selling this 2002 Fender Strat, in like new condition. This guitar and amp have literally no more than 20 hours of playing time on them. I had aspirations to picking it up as a hobby but 4 broken fingers later it's not going to happen. The amp is a 35 watt Fender Bullet with reverb. Also included are soft case, starter books, and chord. I paid just shy of $750, selling for $350 shipped. As I said, this stuff looks as good as the day I bought it!

It's a Mexican Strat. There was a day when there were quality differences between the imports and domestics, but modern manufacturing methods have eliminated those issues. It's a quality guitar!

I'm sorry dude, I wasn't trying to bash the quality of it. I know they're good guitars. I've got a mexican tele but I'm wanting to get an american strat. I hope someone buys it from ya soon. Bump for a good guitar and amp combo!!!

That may be true, but there is just something about an American Strat that makes it better than Mexican made. I really don't know what it is. Same quality but it seems to me that American Strats have a better sound... That being said, if you want an awsome sounding guitar, go out and get yourself a Fat Strat with the humbucker bridge pickup. You will be able to play any sound you want. Blues, Metal, Southern Rock, whatever. Awsome guitar.
