Running Boards:
Should include all or most of the hardware (maybe missing a screw, but no big deal). I'm just looking to get our of my garage as quickly as possible, so make me an offer. Must pay shipping as well.

Cargo Liner:
I'm not sure if it's round or square, I'll check when I get home. Several of these seem to be up for sale at $100 + shipping. I'll try that price for awhile and see if there are any takers. Must pay shipping as well.

The running boards are pretty cut and dry... normal wear on them, been collecting dust in the garage. If you NEED to see a photo of them, I will get one to you.

This is the cargo cover... and the type of end cap it has. It's in pretty good shape. I hardly ever use it and now that I'm building custom boxes in the rear, this won't fit anymore anyways. So, someone buy it please! Here are the photos (it's also been collecting dust in the garage):
