I may be interested in these, I'll give you an answer for sure this weekend. I have stock coils that I would really like to replace, but this is a good price. Think this will stiffen them up any? or will they be so soft that it will just lift the front and sag in the rear?

it will definitely stiffen your springs up. Whether or not it will raise the truck evenly depends on the condition of the springs...
