So if I want high beams in a H4 4300 kit, my choices are either the
Bi-Xenon Moving: kit, or the Xenon/Halogen kit?

That is unless you can get something analogous to what goes in an Acura TL HID projector in 5000k or 4300k? What brand ballasts/ignitors?
We should be good for the GB even if a couple people back out. Projectors Retros are always fun.

But the Acura TL (HID) uses a D2S bulb I believe. So a single beam D2S kit would definitely work in conjunction with the projectors.

Keep in mind that the blue projector adds the blue color you see in a lot of the OEM HID applications. They typically use 4300k which is pure white, and then if you look at it at a certain angle, you get the blue.

However, there's a guy who got a kit from me locally from the first GB who had halogen projectors who was saying that his (5000k) was even a little too white for what he wanted...

And now that I'm typing all of this, I've probably confused the hell out of you.

If you want 4300k HID high beams, in other words a super bright high beam, the Bixenon Moving is the only option. The Xenon/Halogen kit has a 4300k low beam, but a halogen high beam.

I get it... I think... what you're saying is that with the projector style HIDs it is the lens that makes the blue tone not the bulb which is the case with the standard H4/H3 conversion we are getting... and the one customer wanted a really blue colour which he was'nt getting from his set-up dispite the "blue" lens and slightly Blue-er lamp... no problems...
I'm still debateing getting in on this I just have to deside to spend the cash on lights or on one of the 4 tires I need... lqtm

I still need some more info to make a decision. I am thinking of the bi-xenon moving, but I am concerned about how far they stick out past the head light. Any way to get that info?
My other quwstion is about the xenon low+halogen hi. what bulb is used for the halogen beam and is it replaceable.
Thanks,
matt

I'll get back to you on this later tonight. I'll ask the manufacturer about the specs of the light.

USPS priority mail. I will get a "delivery confirmation number", but USPS does not have tracking in the sense that it follows where your package has gone.

If you want me to send it Fedex/UPS/DHL/Etc, I can do that, but there is going to be an additional fee.

True Bixenon only works with H4.
The Xenon-Halogen is the same story.

Do you want Bixenon Moving instead?

About CNlight:
CNlight is a division of Guangdong Bright Star Light & Electricity Co.,Ltd, which was established in 1992 and became a public company in the Shenzhen Stock exchange in 2006. CNlight has been manufacturing its HID xenon lamp and ballast with its own patents since 2000 and is now the largest HID manufacturer in China. They?ve been carrying the E11 certificate from April 2005 for both of bulb and ballast and also passed the ISO/TS16949. At the moment they offer many kits for vehicles with H1, H3, H4 single beam, H4 hi/low with halogen, H4 moving, H4 bi-xenon, H6, H7, H8, H9, H10, H11, H12, H13, H13 moving, 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007, 9007 moving, d2s, d2c, 880/881 and etc. They also have many different color temperatures available from 4300k to over 30000k. CNlight has 7 production lines imported from Germany. CNlight sells roughly 300,000 bulbs and 80,000 ballasts per month. About 80% are sold overseas.

Available Bulb Sizes:
H1/H3/H4/H6/H7/H8/H9/H10/H11/H12/H13/9004/9005(HB3)/9006(HB4)/9007(HB5)/D2S/D2C

Single Beam:

There are also Xenon Low/Halogen Hi, Bi-Xenon Moving, and True Bi-Xenon models available in H4, 9004, 9007 and H13.

True Bi-Xenon:
CNlight also offers its patented True Bi-Xenon bulb. Instead of a bulb that moves up and down to adjust hi/low beam, the True Bi-Xenon bulb has two xenon bulbs. This provides more accurate beam patterns, because of the more direct placement of the bulb. Also, the True Bi-Xenon bulb has no moving parts, and therefore a lesser chance of anything going wrong.
Here it states that the 9007's are available in the True Bi-Xenon... What are the 9007's available in?

This is a single beam kit.

It should look the same, but they are black ballasts instead.
The kit includes:
-2 Ballasts
-2 Bulbs
-Double Sided Tape
-Mounting Screws
-Zipties

If you get the Bixenons, it'll be the same basic setup, but you also get a relay harness. Oh, and the True Bixenons have a transformer on the built into the wires.

Hey Josh,

No Problem! I'm here to help!

Correct, the 9007 comes in Single Beam and Bixenon Moving in 6000k. For 9007, these are the only 2 kits we offer. However, we offer it in all the colors.

Feel free to ask any other questions you have!

Jimmy
