Does it have locking rear differential? If so, does it engage correctly?

Yes, I forgot I posted it for sale back then. We ended up selling the F350 and kept the 4Runner. I have an older '91 Cherokee for the winters and my wife has her vehicle. No, it does not have the rear diff. lock. It has the auto/full time 4wd mode. Everything works on the vehicle.
