I removed the old engine from my 96 3.4L 4Runner and I was wondering if anyone had any interest in a complete set of heads with cams. I am not sure how much they are worth, just make me a decent offer plus shipping. The heads are still on the motor but I have pics of them. They seem clean for a truck with 140,000 on them. E-mail me or IM me for pics.

I also will have a stock block if anyone wants that.

 

What would you want for the block and the heads?
how complete is it?
and did you blow a HG, or what?

 

I would sell both the engine and heads together. I would even give ya the upper and lower manifolds. I bought the truck the way it was, the engine had not run in a year and the reason why is the water pump leaked onto the crank/pulley causing it to spin the crank pulley ruining the keyway. The lady who I got the truck from found out it was gonna be expensive to fix it so she let it sit in her driveway until I rescued it.

I am in New Jersey and would prefer someone close to pick it up, just make me a good offer.

I know 04 Rocko Taco might think I'm goofy for posting this, but you guys both live near Forward Air terminals. ATL is thier main hub, and Newark is a service center. You can send a crated engine for about $125-ish if you crate it right. I just sent an axle from Jacksonville, FL to Newark for $80.
