I need a new seatbelt retractor for the front seats in my 96 4Runner.

The seatbelt doesn't rectract like it is supposed to anymore.

If you know where one is for sale, or have one let me know.

chad - take it to your local toyota dealer. the seatbelts should be covered as a lifetime warranty item and should be replaced or repaired for free.

And if that doesn't work, check out your local junkyard. They have all kinds of parts for just about anything and everything.

Edit: BTW I should have mentioned this before. The middle seatbelt in the back is completly wasted. The clip is not even on the ribbon anymore. I still have it but its not on. will that also be covered under the warrenton? Or do i need to get another one of those?
