Good shape.....pinion seal showed no signs of leakage.

Parting it out certainly wouldn't be my first choice. I'd still like to sell the whole assembly as one.

If someone wants just the bare housing, that would make the decision easier.

I think the gears are 7lbs, not so pricey to ship if using USPS:
