3.4l from 2001 4Runner (Maine)

This engine is still in the chassis so you can hear it run. It is coupled with an automatic trans and transfer case.
If you want to swap this is your engine. I have a cherry picker and will assist the removal of this engine from the chassis. I just want to make sure you get to hear this before you buy.
84,000 mi, 2001 4Runner Sport.
You get it all. Engine, Trans, Transfer, Wiring.
Oh yeah and if this happens soon the TRD Headers go with the block.
$2500 or make me an offer I can't refuse
This is located just outside of Saco, ME

good deal
For those of you trying to find a good 3.4 swap setup, this is well worth the 'extra $500' for all the wiring, sensors, EVAP, etc. You'll spend 350-400 at Toyota getting a new harness alone. And we all know that 84K mi is a Toyota that's just broken in!

don't forget the TRD Headers!!!
And for those of you concerned because I haven't been on here long, and haven't posted much... I have been on 4x4Wire (Pedro).

well you wont get a full swap inless its to a guy with a 2001 or 2002 4runner mainly. because transmission and transfercase will not work in anything below due to electronics that ours offers.
just to let you know.
if you dont sell it whole, send me pm about tranny. Im still here

engine mount is also different for transmission. Their are suttle differences to the 01-02 3.4s compared to previous engines of the 3rd gens. I dont know exactly what but ive been told by Steve and a friend here.
I really need a tranny

Try www.car-part.com, and search through the listings. Before I had switched to a manual trans on my 3.4 swap, I had an auto from an 01. I got it and the converter for $400 (from a certified 45K mile truck). Do you want both the trans and xfer case, or just the trans?
That $2500 is still a good deal. If I wasnt selling my 89...

Ok, right year, but is this from a 4WD? He wants to do a 4WD Conversion and needs a 2001-2002 4WD Auto Tranny and a 1995.5-2000 Tacoma/4Runner Manual lever controlled T-Case. 23 spline. From an SR5, but NOT from a Limited. Bare bones Tacoma is fine as long as it had a 3.4.
