1998 4runner 5sp 4x4 supercharged
Price $10,000.... basically it is not for sale, i'm going to keep it.
Thanks anyway!
123,009 miles
I need this gone by the end of august.
VINJT3HN86RXW0141289
I have all the maintenance records from since i have owned it (1.5 yrs)
I have performed the following:
Regular Synthetic Oil Changes
New BFG tires a/t @ 104K (265/75/16)
Tow hitch
TRD shift knob
Timing Belt
Supercharger belt
Water pump
lubing and re-torque's
OME lift w/ KYB shocks
1in rivtek diff drop (Keeps the CV angles closer to stock)
Sonoran Steel Pan Hard drop bracket (should be welded on, but it is bolted on)
Sonoran Steel Emergency Brake cable extension bracket
Sonoran Steel 1/4" poly spacer for front coil overs (helps reduce the rake a little)
Tacoma mud guards (removed running boards)
Alpine 12 disc with one in dash.
Viper car alarm
All the windows have the vin etched in the glass ( tell your insurance company you get a discount on your premium, it is a theft deterrent)
In addition i also have the original parts; intake (in case you wanted to remove the supercharger), clutch, running boards, shocks, springs and bug guard.
Owner history:
Original owner had it for ~40,000 miles. (Florida)
The supercharger was put on at 60,000 along with the "Heavy Duty TRD clutch", by the second owner, i have the install book and the original box that it came in. (Kentucky)
The third owner who had it for something like 6 thousand miles did an oil change, new battery, fixed a vacuum leak and coolant sensor. I also have his receipt. (southern Indiana)
I am the forth owner. (Minnesota)
I am not sure which owner put in the 12 disc alpine cd player or the viper alarm.
The truck also has full tint all around.
Mechanically it is in perfect shape with no problems that i am aware of, i had it in 3 weeks ago or so for an oil change and it runs flawless. I had no fears driving it back from Indiana and back and forth to northern Michigan or Minnesota. For gas mileage i get 17.5-18 with 40/60 highway/city. When i drive 80/20 or more freeway i see the low 20's. Highest i ever got was 23 (one time, but i was driving 60 through northern Wisconsin). I believe with the supercharger the tow capacity is somewhere around 4,000-7,500 lbs. But i have never towed anything with it, i use the hitch for a thule bike rack (not included in sale).
The Bad:
The passenger door lock doesn't open with the viper alarm. Lock regulator needs replacing.
The center console upholstery is detached from the plastic base, you could epoxy it back on or replace it.
The passenger arm rest has some wear.
The front bumper is starting to rust (chrome only) just spots
The coils have a few rust spots, the rear passenger rear had way more than the rest, i took it off and sanded the rust off and coated it was rust killer.
And you know about the paint job:
Few rock chips, cracks on rear hatch, if you look really close the clear coat is showing its age, and on the passenger side has a few smaller defects (nothing absurd but you will notice them standing next to the car).
Maybe one door ding on body, very small.
This truck runs awesome, handles great and looks good. Very reliable, never abused. As i said in my previous ad, reason I'm selling is just got engaged and need the cash to settle some dept.
Please contact me!

i know what you mean, my 05 cummins went down 8k in less than a year. not only does it cost more to drive but now you loose your a$$ when you sell.
BTW does your rig have the elocker and it is a 3.4 right?

That sucks about you Cummins, my buddy with a superduty feels the same way.
So the market sucks for 4wd at least until winter...that is why i have decided to keep it. Everyone had their chance for over a month!
It is a sweet truck and i will gladly hang on to it. Now i just have to sell the car i bought to replace it
i'm a dumb ass for buying before i sold but i thought i really wanted a small car.
And i did until until i realized i can't haul my mt bikes around, and it makes road trips a pain with the dogs.
SO IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO WANTS A 1992 ACURA INTEGRA GSR LET ME KNOW!
Thanks for your comments all!
