wrangler SilentArmor vs Revo vs MTR

Have anyone here tried the new wrangler SilentArmor? i have a set ot REVO on my 4runner and i like them a lot. And I am getting a set of new shoes for my LandCruiser. I will not do a lot of rock crawling, just for expedition. I like the quiteness of REVO and I am eager to try the new SilentArmor, wonder how well it perform. My Revo gets me anywhere I wanna go, but the sidewall is not tough enough. heard a lot of good things about MTR, but they no longer offer 305/70/16, just 285/75/16. The 285 look to small on my cruiser Any feedbak is greatly appreciated!! thanks!!

Cruiser can easily accept 315/75/16 and they would look great. Sorry no experience with Silent Armor but MTR were good to me for past 3 years. Check out Toyo Open Country MT, some sizes are on back order, still waiting on mine(285/75/16). Supposed to be an excellent tire like Goodyear MTR but quieter and easily balanced.

the silentarmor IS NOT a replacement for the MTR. It is a different tire all together. I think the Revo or the Nitto Terra Grappler are better choices than the SilentArmor.

Yoko Geolander's are pretty "bang for buck" in those sizes. You might want to check them out also: I have been very satisfied with mine (much more than BFG AT's) as they are very quite at all speeds.

FWIW Nitto makes the Terra Grappler in a 295/75/16
