the specs indicate conical seats, which is what centers the wheel.
but your tacoma has the later straight lug nuts? the wheel is centered on the hub.
so at the minimum, you might have to replace the lug nuts.
there are so many wheel choices for the later straight lug nuts, why consider these steel wheels.
