Rotation Problem? Help!

Hey guys, so yesterday I rotated my the tires on my '92 pickup. The tires are Mickey Thompson 35s, I rotated them in the "X" motion (front left to right rear, right rear to front left). After rotating them I noticed a squeeling sound as I accelerate the truck. Usually stops when I hit 40-50mph. Not only that, but when I come to a stop the brakes feel rough as I get to 10mph and below. It also feels rough when I slowly accelerate. If this helps, before I rotated my tires I pulled my carpet out and sprayed my floorboards with bed liner. Could i be feeling this because I'm used to the carpet beneath my feet? Could it just be the tire tread adjusting? Help!

How are the E brake pivots? maybe a stuck e brake arm? Thats a weird thing to happen from only rotating the tires

My E brakes broke... so it hasn't been used. I don't know if it would do that just from me switching the tires around or not.

you can try adjusting the air pressure, for a pickup there usually more psi in the rear than the front. my 88 pickup has 26 psi in the front and 32 in the rear. other than that idk

do you have the stick on weights inside your wheels? if so they may be rubbing on your front calipers. ive had it happen before.
