Rim & Tire question

anyone would know if these will fit my 2000 4Runner (no suspension modification)? They are Stock Rims and Tires off a 07 Tacoma. P245/75R16 Dunlop AT20 Grandtrek Tires

Yes. Same bolt pattern and they are 16".
