Replacing Hub/Bearing Assembly

I've had two mechanics tell me that the front left bearings need to be replaced in my '06 Sequoia 2wd. I would like to do this job myself so I'm hoping that someone can provide a step-by-step list of instructions for doing this.

I've googled it for several days and I've found very little in the form of specific how-to's for the Sequoia (I've seen several for the 4Runner but I'm not sure if they are similar procedures). For instance, I found this great YouTube video on installing a hub assembly for a 4Runner:

I know that the basic task is relatively easy but that it is also time consuming and dirty (so what). I just need a step-by-step guide (or at least close to it), hopefully a list of recommended parts/manufacturers, and a list of tools (that I probably do not own).

I've never done this before so I'm looking for an experienced Yota master to offer some good advice.

Thanks to all that read and reply!!
