Maxxis Tires - any try them?
Maxxis is known for making some of the best mountain biking tires, but has any tried their light truck tires? They have a couple of good-looking treads...
Bighorn Radial, available in a good selection of sizes
Creepy Crawler, only big sizes - 35s and up
Trapador - 35s and up

My dad has a set of maxxis tires on his Dodge Ram. They are an AT but I don't remember the exact model. traction seems to be below average in snow and mud. That said they are wearing very well. The torque from the diesel shreded his last set of tires. on a side note all the gas field truck here run the maxxis mudders not sure if that is because they are good tires or they get them cheap.

I'm not sure what sizes you are considering...but Pitbull Tires is a new company making some good off road tires. Much like the new Maxxis line of rock crawling tires, Pitbull has some similiar tires out. Those who are running them seem to really like them so far...
Here's a good link to some pics and owners review:

i personally run the Maxxis Buckshots in a 33x12.5. they perform well, clean out well. big lugs and treads. the buckshots are nothing like the aggressive treads tho. they run for about 100 bucks a pop. great deal. i walked away with the set of 4 for a little over 400 bucks. just something to consider if you want to go with a lower budget.

Kyle - they DO still make the real buckshots. I bought a set of the bias ply buckshot mudders, they are awesome. The tread is unbelievably deep. Road manners are not great, but not terrible. They do make a lot of noise.

I got the buckshots off of ebay at a great deal, size 33", from a company out of Arkansas with free shipping. I got them right before I headed for Colorado for the summer. They handled very well in the mud for me and across the rock. I've heard they can wear real uneven real fast if you don't stay on top of things; keeping them rotated and aired on the highways.
