j vs jj rims.

i have a 1989 2wd pickup and the door jam sticker calls for 14 x 6 jj rims.
i have a set of 14 X 5 j rims.
from my understanding these are going too work with them main difference being the width of the rim.
I guess my question is will the j fit where it calls for a jj (assuming the stock tire used) will the offset be off because the wheel is a 14 X 5 j rather then a 14 X 6 JJ? anybody have pics of a 6jj and 5j rim next too each other or mounted pics for comparison?
im looking for oem orientation of the wheels.

It has to do with the lip where the bead contacts. Without getting into specifics jj is a larger contact area and more reinforced I believe.

I see. Well my 2wd called for JJ rims but I had a set of J, and I went and had the tires put on them and stalled on the truck. Worked good.
