Found some BFG A/T KO's for sale

I need some new tires and my dad and I found a deal on some BFG A/T KO's in 31" by 10.5" by 15", just my size. New, they supposedly cost $112 each. Theres 5 tires, 4 with 500 miles, one brand new (spare).

The only problem is they are on a HEEP now and he lifted it and has wider rims and is buying larger tires when he sells these. I don't really want to take hand me downs from a Heep..... :pat:

He is asking $450 for all five. I don't want to pay that much, but if I can bring him down to $350 or $400, should I go for it?

Im checking them out tomorrow afternoon.

TIA!!!

Go for a drive in his heep to make sure the tires are riding nice. Then buy em if ya want. BTW. Im running those tires and i love them. I would try to widdle him down. I would take at least 350 cash with you if you want them because alot of times cash speaks volumes.

Hmmm I recently bought 4 30x9.5's from a FJ60 and installed them on my Jeep.. LOL. I paid $250 for the 4 with 9k wear on them.. I still say 5 tires at say $400 is a very good buy.. at $450 you are only saving about $100 and you can find them new with road hazzard if you look hard enough.. as for them being on a Jeep.. Come awn, they are tires not underwear~

Haha! Good one.

I paid $516 for 4 brand new ones. You're getting 5 basically brand new ones, I say even $400 is a pretty darn good deal Since you have a fifth one, even if one goes flat or gets ripped apart, you have an extra to replace it. But its always good to wittle down too.

Word to the wise, avoid ice. I love these tires (nice and quiet, look great, pretty good traction in the snow, when I have weight in the back) so I would recommend them, especially if you get a steal like that... And if you don't like them, sell them on ebay for $50-100 more.

Well I went to look at them, and they look pretty sweet!

I'm giving the guy $400 for all 5. They will be off the Heep by Saturday. I cant wait to try em out!!!

BTW: Heres how Heep owners think. Buy tires that fit now. Few weeks later, buy lift. Sell tires and loose money. Buy new tires for lifted Heep. Waist more money on my Heep.
