89 4x4 X-tra cab 22re 5 speed 15" stock wheels (The ones with the round holes I think they are alum. but not sure)

The wheels have bushings in the holes that the lugs go thru that are worn and my wheels come loose, I have replaced the lug bolts and I would like to replace these bushings., I cant find them because i dont know exactly what i am searching for, does anyone know what these bushings are called or a part #
