Boggers all the way. All we do here is go muddin, aint much in the way of stuff for crawlin round bout these parts. As far as Super Swampers (Interco) go, I've had Trxus M/Ts, TSL Radials, Boggers, and Ground Hawgs. You just caint beat the paddle design of the Bogger. The Ground Hawgs were pretty dog gone good too, and have a little longer life than boggers cause of the harder compound. Only thing about the Hawgs, is that they don't grip too well in reverse. Boggers do superb goin forward, backwards, and sideways The TSL's were good, but they just arn't in the same level as the Boggers. The Trxus' seemed on par with BFG/Goodyears/ect. mud terrain tires.

But that's just my experiences with em.

Oh, and I had 33x12.5x15 Procomp Xterrains. Absolutly horrible. Wasn't worth the $50 I paid for em (bud of mine bought em, drove 500miles on em, lifted his truck and sold to me for dirt cheap). Tread wear was fast as hell (only got ~23k before they became super slicks), didn't do good in mud, was especially crappy in mud when trying to go backwards, and were louder than boggers on the highway once the tread was worn down a little. Though I will say they held up great puncture wise. Each tire had about 10 nails, hit curbs and decent sized rocks at speeds up to 50mph, and only leaked about 5psi every month or so. They were decent for crawlin too. But for mud, they were worse than all terrains.

Goodyear MT/R's are NOT a mud tire.
The "MT" does not stand for Mud Tire or Mud Traction.

MT/R = Maximum Traction/Reinforced

BFG's may be ok for the mud (luckly we don't have any mud out here) but they're know for weak sideways.
They rip sidewalls all the time if you play in anything that can get into the sidewalls.
Not many people who know run them out here.

The MT/R's simply rule on the rocks, but not the mud.

Im a huge bogger fan. I got a set that Ive had for 3 years now. The ride horribly on the street. But the preformance in the dirt/mud/snow is great. If you dont wanna dish out the $$$ for the boggers, BGF's work just fine. Im more of a mud fan than rocks. Just my personal experience.

I have heard good things about the X-terrains. They are not as hard as most mud tires yet not super soft like a rock crawler.

My wheeling buddy just got a half used set of 31x12.5 for his heep. So far he is happy, pretty quiet on the road, but we haven't tested them on some good nasty stuff.

Plus i give them the thumbs up on the cool tread factor.

Dunlp Radial Mud Rover. $500 shipped to my door. Excellent in mud. Clean out easily. Average noise for a mud tire on the road. I drive about 95% on the road and with 30,000 miles, they have about40% tread left. Would definately buy again but want to try out Swampers.
