Advice on Rim and Wheel Package

Hey guys! I recently got a 1993 Toyota Pickup regular cab 4x4 with the V6. I was wondering what you experienced people out there recommend as a good wheel package for off roading and as a daily driver. I hear that 15in rims are the most common for off roading and was planning on that but I wanted to know what your input was. Any good brands of rims/tires that work really well and last a long time would be the best input. Thanks Navy Aircrewman

I have BFG mud terrain KM2s. I have officially 36,450 miles on them and they're not even down to half tread. Quiet for an MT, slight hum on most road surfaces, but that's about it. Easily quiet enough to carry on an in-cab conversation with normal voices, at 75-80mph. Size of the tires are 33x10.50x15.

I have the later model factory Toyota 5-spoke steel wheels that I got from wrecking yard. 15x7.

That's my experience...

Thanks

I will take a look at those! My uncle as the Nitto Terra Grappler and I really liked those. Nittos make great tires so I was looking at getting the Trail grappler. So many options for the tires but I have heard a lot of good things about the BFG mud terrain KM2s so I will definitely look into the prices and see which one doesnt hurt the wallet as bad haha.

I second the km2 low noise sweet traction and great wear. Although the last set of Goodyear wranglers I had we're pretty sweet also.
