'85 4x4 Pickup Best Tires for MPG and Snow

First post here. The title says it all gang. I am about to take ownership of a lovely '85 Yota Pickup and it has some serious knobbies on it. I'm interested in something a bit more pragmatic. Any recs for a good truck tire for maximizing MPG but is also decent in the snow? Thank you all in advance.

Kind of a tough question. While any street tire should reduce rolling resistance and therefore improve mpg, I think you have to go look at some tire rack reviews for the size you need to get an idea of wet or snow performance. And stock engine and wheels, the best mpg you are ever going to get is about 23 highway. Be sure to check your odometer against highway mile markers to know if you need to compensate when calculating mpg. My 31’s read 10% shorter because of their larger diameter.
