33x10.50r15 on stock toyota pickup

Before you get jumped on.. This question has been answered about 900 million times. Next time, search and search!! They will fit. What back spacing/width rim you have will determine how badly they rub at full flex or lock. Hammer the pinch welds, and you should be golden. I run 32x9.5s on my truck completely stock, and they fit just fine.

^this size if going with a 12.5" wide tire, which is more common for a 33" tire aside from the slim group of tires that come in a 33x10.5. Toyo makes the MT 33s in like 3 different widths on 15" wheel and the 12.5" is the most common and likely the cheapest and most readily available size at stores, so you may think about that.
As for gearing, usually this applies more to non hwy use because it will effect your low speed driving more with the increased diameter and extra weight. With the extra weight of Toyos vs other brands, you possibly might notice the change a little bit more than if it were a lighter tire.
I run 33x12.5 toyo MTs on a 4.88 gear set, 5spd and 22re. Definitely noticed the change when those went on. They are some heavy ass tires for their size. Personally I dunno if I could stand driving them with stock gears, my clutch would definitely be giving me the finger every time I drive from a stop.

^with a 22r/e and 4.10, I can imagine the starts being less than desirable. With my 32/4.10s/V6, some starts are tough. Definitely food for thought.. Especially with you mentioning a lack of highway driving, which would mean A. Off roading or B. Around town driving. If you're taking offroad, those 33s are gonna stuff your wells a lot quicker, limiting your off road ability to an extent. If you're more planning to drive around town, then why 33s? It would make more sense to go with 31x10.5..
