32x11.5s and 10 inch rims?

32x11.5s and 10 inch rims?
I can get a way good deal on some 10 inch rims but will the 32s cause problems because its too narrow? The guy was running some 31 Ats on em and it looked kinda goofy, but will it effect performance a bunch?
