1990 Toyota Pickup. Went to 16" wheels
A buddy of mine with a newer Toyota Tacoma just gave me his stock 16" wheels. I am wanting to swap out the stock 15" wheels with these and go to a bigger tire size. I have read on here that I should be able to fit 32" tires on here with no rub, but wasn't sure about that with these new rims. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks!

You should be able to fit a 265/75/16 tire with minimal rubbing as long as you have the correct backspacing. I'm not sure which Tacoma rims you're talking about but if I had to guess they're 7" wide and I can assure you that the backspacing is too deep, so you'll have to make use wheel spacers to push the wheels out.
The backspacing you want is 3.75". For example, I think factory Tacoma alloys were 5.5". So to get the right backspacing, you'll need 1.75" wheel spacers.
