02 taco wheels on 00?

02 taco wheels on 00?
So I just got a 2000 Tacoma 4x4 ext cab with manual hubs that is mostly stock.
It currently has some 15 inch alloy wheels (sr5?) with some really small tires that make it look like a roller blade or something....the wheel well is so empty looking.
I am looking at a pretty sweet set of 265x70x16 rugged trail tires wrapped around stock 02 Tacoma wheels. I am hoping this will give my truck a beefier although stock look. I just don't want to mess with alift or anything like that....will I have rubbing issues?
Also the wheels are 6 lug obviously, but they have center caps on all wheels, any issues with my manual hubs? I am guessing I can just leave the caps off on the front.
