omelettes in a bag.

Don't know if ya'll have tried this yet but it works great. Put your eggs and goodies into a zip lock bag and drop it into boiling water. Pull it out in 10-12 minutes and enjoy. We did it this weekend and it's crazy easy to do, less mess and you don't have to worry about trying to flip the darn eggs.

I'll be doing this for breakfast in the mornings when we go camping.

Link that may explain it better than I did.

Thanks, may try that Saturday morning as an experiment.
I eat eggs once a week on Saturdays.
Fried or omelets.

sounds like a good Idea. Perfect for Sunday Mornings on a weekend trip when you want a good meal with no clean up.
