I have one of those that I bought back in the early 90s from Camping World.
Mine is the same, 12v, 110v, and propane.
Problem with them is if you try to run it with 12v only, it is like leaving your headlamps on.
We used ours in the tent trailer and ran it off a 20 lb propane tank, the same one that came with the tent trailer for the cooking stove.
The Engel and ARB fridge/freezers will run up to 5 days on 12v as they only draw .7 amps per hour when in fridge mode.
I have ran mine all weekend in my rig without starting the rig, and it started right up Monday for work.

I've never used one of those, but I did score majorly at Pick N Pull two weeks ago. I found a Chinook Toyota Motorhome, and it had the small 3 way fridge in it. I rewired it plugs, and got new propane fittings, and it works GREAT!!! It was extremely clean inside also. Not bad for $4.
