GoPro HD2

Just ordered the Motorsports edition, 32 GB card, and the LCD backpac from Amazon.

My current GoPro HD is setup the same way, looking forward to using this upgraded one.
Some of the reviews over at Amazon are iffy on it, but I am very happy with my current one.

So why did I get the newer version?
Giving my current one away.

i've been wanting an GoPro for MONTHS... i've been researching them for a while, the difference between the goPro HD and the HD2 and the lens and optics seem worth the upgrade. the 11mp camera would be nice and the UI is suppose to be easier.

I have been looking for a 12v and 110v USB compatible charger that all I have to do is insert my own cables into.
I can charge just about anything USB wise with my Goal Zero Ranger 350 battery/inverter kit, but I am talking about at home or in the rig when not camping.
I do not always want to jack into my PCs USB ports, so the alternative is to use a 12v outlet in the rig or 110v outlet at home or at work.

Found a couple of good ones on Amazon this morning, and ordered up both of them.

Tofer, the new GoPro HD2 is way ahead as far as the menu that shows both on the stock LED screen up front, and the optional LED Backpac I installed on the rear.

Have not shot any pics with it yet, but I did make a video the other night outside in my rig to see how it recorded under low light conditions.
I think it does way better than my other GoPro.

Video shot at 1080p: 1920×1080, 30FPS, and 170º Wide FOV.
This is the highest setting for taking videos.
Day light videos of course are way better since the camera has no light source on it.

I am going to take it to work and try to film some wildlife around our lakes when we get better weather.
Looks like we are in for some stormy weather starting late tonight, and through out most of the week.
