Hey guys, after some reading on here I have started looking into swapping out the 4cyl in my Tacoma for a 350. I have the motor already from a past project car. I have some questions. What are the differences between a 95 and 96 Tacoma. I have followed a lot of the links on here to the many places that sell the adapters, and they all list adapters for Tacomas up to 1995, nothing after that. Will the ones for the 95 still work? The setup I have is 2.7L 4cyl, 5 speed, 4x4, std cab. Also, what tranny do I have, is it the R150, I see that was installed behind the v6, but I can't find details of the mannual tranny that was behind the 4cyl. Thanks for the help.

 

Did you ever make that 350 swap happen. I have a 98 tacoma with the same setup as yours and i have been looking at putting a 350 in mine.
