I'm in the same boat. I'm lucky all I'm short is the alt bracket . some bolts ill just end up bying myself. and the instructions . dudes. a flake. the only reason i got what i got was i went to his house and got it. good luck.

 

Whats the deal then? I really hope he sends my parts although I highly doubt it now that I blasted him. If anyone has some of his parts for sale let me know. Im too deep. If I cant finish I will sell this crap and buy a 1kz with a auto trans

 

I can take sum pics. and measurements of my stuff if u wanna copy it yourself. most of the stuff doesn't look too hard to copy with a little basic fab skill. i talked to Luke from 4x4labs a few times, he seems to b pretty on the ball, and Knowledgeable.

Waltt thank you. What I need is an exact pattern of the alignment dowels for the adapter in order to clock the trans correctly. My adapter is 1 mm off. When it comes to making sure the trans is aligned to the motor it may as well be a mile. It will wipe out bearings fast! Waltt can I pay you to make a precise pattern on some thin sheet metal?

 

I think i got an old applince i can cut up. or i could use paper. pm me ur info and we'll get this done. but I'm not shure if his v6 adapter is 100% on the money, i had to hammer mine on the Mercedes engine. We will find out. All i got to get is a set of transfer punches, then ill bust it out.

 

I ordered my kit last weekend hopefully he sends my stuff cause the money was takin from my account

He just got ahold of me, he had some helth problems. anyway he said he would have his wife ship my stuff out. and email the instructions.

He said two weeks. but he's all butt hurt about me calling him a flake. i guess he will eather prove me right, or wrong. Eather way I'm never gonna buy anything from him again. too much drama.

 

I got a response but no indication on when my parts will ship.This is simple, DO WHAT YOU PROMISED. nothing else. I have been patient for over 6 months. I dont know what people would expect me to do. This was my only option

 

I got an email from him saying after he gets orders shipped he's gonna sell the company an quit doing this cause of his health

 

i dont know about this tds fella .He gave me the run around about ordering my parts,then hes calls out of the blue . He seemed knowledgeable so i decided to order a midline kit and a few other brackets . He told me he had everything in stock and would have them shipped out that monday(5-13-2013) and i still havent recieved a tracking number and ive herd all of the exuses u guys have been talking about like his phone,no help,his health...........I'm hoping for the best and crossing my fingers about getting my parts. i also have a good deal of time and money involved. So far i am not impressed with his business practices hopefully he makes this right

I sincerely hope health wise he gets things turned around. It would be cool if the appropriate people with the means and skill take one aspect of making this kit to produce a nice package. Each person would get paid for their respective contribution. Everyone wins. Them maybe all Brian would have to do is package the kits and ship them out . Sure it would work. I have been trying to reach Brian. The adapter plate he sent me doesn't match up to the om617. If anyone hears from him please let me know.

 

On my adaptor i had to beat it in it was really tight. then all of the Mercedes holes were a little off on all. but two werent alighned perfectly but thay still threaded in. ur gonna need to buy two longer counter sunk bolts. for the bottom two on the Mercedes side. hope this helps u get going.
