2l-te driveability?

A half-cut is available and I've never driven a 4 cyl diesel. Having trouble finding a 5VZ here to transplant into my 93 X-Cab 5-speed. I live in western CO at 5000 ft, but one can drive to double that elev. within two hours. (Hence the demand for 5VZs.)

Could the 2l-te setup drive at 70-75mph on freeway?
Would it be painfully slow climbing hills?
Comparable to 3VZ? to 22RE?

Just trying to get rough idea of worthiness of this engine. I already know about the overheating/head cracking issue. I'm trying to determine if a healthy engine is driveable around here.

Thanks,

Follow up question?

Which differential gear ratio should be considered with above engine with 5 speed and 31-32 inch tires?

Thanks

I've driven a 2l (non turbo) even without the turbo there a good motor
little on the slow side but I'm not gonna knock the torque
I'm sure with the turbo it'd be fine.
with proper gearing I'm sure it would be an excellent motor swap
