i have a 2tc with a adaptor plate to a vw bus transmission,my question is are the back of the blocks the same so that I can use the adaptor plate on a 22r?

 

If you can measure your 2TC I will be glad to measure a 22R block.

I will bet the people on here who have seen a 2TC are very few !!!!

My best guess would most likely be they are different

I have not heard of a 2TC. I will do a search on it now. Got me curious.

 

4 cylinder carbed engine from the seventies if I recall correct.

Had the spark plugs go straight down through the valve cover .

I had one this is the only way I know of it.

I don`t think they used them that long
