swapping a w56 ia 3rd gen runner...

so im starting to get all the parts together for my new project. (im sure many of you will laugh) but.... i have a 2000 4runner that is a magazine featured show truck with air ride suspension etc.etc. i am going to be doing a sas and a 4wd conversion. i have the 2.7ltr and 5speed now. i found out that the w56 will bolt up to my bellhousing but what other stuff will i need? i mostly need help with the electrical part. what needs to be rewired etc.. any help will be greatly appreciated! i am over the lowrider thing and it only has 26k miles so its not even broken in yet. i thought bout selling it but i would end up with a truck with alot more miles and nowhere near as nice

W56 trannies only have two sensors on them. One for 4x4, and one for reverse. Not much wiring needed.

So the W56 trans will bolt up to the 3rd gen 2.7lt engine? That means the 3rd gen 2.7 lt will bolt up to the 22RE?
And finally my TDI with an Acme Adapter will bolt up to a 3rd Gen 5speed??
