I'm pretty sure you'll need your motor mounts re welded to match the V6's correct location...
Then, you'll need to put the transmission in it b/c the 22RE's and V6's are not the same...
Then wire it up... It should work...

A 22R/E made anywhere from 1985 to 1995 will work.

What is the full rundown of the truck you have now, and the V6 you want to swap in?
Engine, trans, 4WD, 2WD?... Extended cab...?
People have, you just gotta know where to look...
Have you googled this idea? Is your google finger broke? (sorry, had to)

I have an r150 sitting in my shed with the crossmember on it, and a g58 (w56) in my 4runner. Why dont i just go get off my lazy ass and measure it
I will get an answer soon.

So the trans will bolt in as long as you use the v6 crossmember.
They have the same mounting locations. you just cant use the 4 cyl crossmember on the 6 cyl trans.
