7MGE swap starting issue??

Hey guys, Ive ran into an annoying problem with my 4Runner. I finished my 7MGE swap and SAS a few months ago and its been running awesome, but last week after I gave it its first bath it wouldn't start. Even though I didn't get the engine directly wet I figured once it sat it would fire up. Sure enough 20mins later it started right back up, so I thought ok, no biggie. Its been sitting since then until yesterday, and same problem emerged.

Here's whats going on. When its cold, it starts right up and runs fine. It doesn't die when it gets to running temp, doesn't idle funny, and its not overheating (at least the trusty old SR5 cluster gauge is saying its not). I went to our local tire shop and shut it off. Came out 5mins later and it wouldn't start!! I tried and tried, it just wouldn't go. After I let it sit for about 15-20mins it fired right up! Drove it home, did the same thing when I shut her down in the driveway, came out 30mins later and shes fine again. Any ideas???

The starter always cranked. I got it figured out though, thought I was running into a vapor lock issue, but just a stupid good old EFI Relay...
