I am thinking of putting a 350 into my 884runner 5spd with chevy axles. my questions is will my stock r150 trans hold up to the 350. thanks

The answer is yes, and no. 350's come in anything from mild to wild. Tire size comes in 28's to 53's. Lockers or no lockers. Leadfoot or not.

If you've already got chevy axles, why the heck not get a chevy trans? Go with a SM465 and D300.
