wire harness ?

Hey guys I got a 95 tacoma with a blown motor and got an 04 motor for a replacement and was wondering what harness do I use? The 95 or 04? The 04 came out of a automatic pre runner if it makes a difference. ..... one more ? Is it ok to run the grey supercharger on this motor or is there any mods I'm gonna have to do?

Thanks in advance

According to URD, there is a problem when using early 3.4 ECUs (1995 & 1996) for a supercharger, 1997 ECUs & later are recommended.

X2 From what I've researched in the past, it's only the 97 and up ECUs
