Super squish and hard clutch

Hey guys, finally got he rig running but when i go to shift it doesnt really work to well. clutch is super squishy and nearly impossible to put into gear. random grinding here and there when i jam it like its telling me i dont wanna go there. Clutch worked fine before the swap but is really being a pain upon completing. I havent been able to get it out of first gear even. Any help/ideas would be awesome

-Check hydraulic clutch system for leaks.

-Possible damaged and or faulty clutch master cyldiner...?

-Possible damaged and or faulty clutch slave cyldiner...?

-Air in clutch hydraulic system...? *Perform system bleeding*

Is there a how to on the forum for a bleed? Is there ways to test the cylinders as well? The rig shifted awsome before the swap. She shifts when the rig is off as well so im almost positive its not the tranny

I'll add that the rig did get stuck into reverse and when we had to move it for my landlord to reroof the house we picked the back end up with a fork lift and drug it. When we did that it unjammed and was able to shift when the rig was off.

So i think that im going to replace the trans oil and slave cylinder and hopefully that helps it. I tried to bleed the clutch and when i released the pressure and then closed it off then told my buddy to release the clutch it wouldnt release, it stayed sunk to the floor. Any ideas why that might be?

Thats the reason why the pedal stayed enganged after my buddy released his foot?

Alright, I was just going to replace the Slave cylinder but if you think its the Master i will go ahead and do both of them.



ALSO i was curious what this part was called. It is super loose and wobley and wouldnt mind replacing it if it is possible!

Shifter "Bushing" is what your pointing at.

The shifter bushing ball "seat" is also something too look at and both of these items are usually replaced together.

Awesome thank you, And was curious. Im just supposed to use 90W gear oil for the tranny right?

Okay so i replaced both and began to bleed the system. am getting a solid brake fluid coming out but my clutch petal STILL sticks to the floor. like what the heck. Both cylinders are brand new too..
