Lightbulb 94 T-100 3.0 swap 2002 Tacoma 3.4 Immobilizer bypass help?

Finished with 94 T-100 3.0 - 3.4 swap. The 3.4 out of 2002 Tacoma.
It Turns over but won't start. It get's gas but no spark and the diagnostic box says OBD port not getting signal. It has 2002 engine wiring harness to match engine and Offroad Solutions 3.4 conversion harness. New remanufactured ECU from Flagship One.
I'm so close...Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key on? Have you tried to check for codes?
You will have to look for cam / crank sensor with an oscilloscope at the ecu, but first just check for power and ignition and start signals and grounds at the ecu.
The offroad soluitions kit is what powers the ecu from the ignition switch, so I would start with those fuses and signals. You will probably need a wiring diagram for the 2002 ecu if you don't have one yet, or if offroad solutions didn't give you one.
You might get lucky to get one for free on the autozone repair help website, or pay toyota $20 to download from their website the official one.

No check engine light doesn't come on but the oil light, battery light, airbag light and brake light comes on and the gas tank gauge works.

As far as codes go. The OBD port tells my reader it can't connect to ECU. New battery and cables turns over great.

Could a bad ignitor cause the ECU to not start and not send codes to OBD port? Bought Ignitor from Junk yard when I was there looking for vacuum canister & body trim parts. It's the only engine part, I didn't buy new.

Check grounds and make sure you’ve got the igniter grounded also be sure you have the crank and cam sensors plugged in also check your fuses just in case
