3.4 swap wiring problem.

So I wired up a crossover harness for a 93 4runner and it isn't running right. So the motor is a 2001 tacoma A/T 3.4. And the the was a 3.0 and still using the manual transmission. I wired it up and ran perfect but then I took it out and cleaned it all up and soldier all the wires I needed and now it shakes really bad when trying to drive. But if you ease into while driving it's not bad but just not great power. Also I can't get it to scan. I'm pretty sure all the obd2 port is wired up correctly I've went over that a few times. Just trying to see if anybody else has had these problems and could help.

Poor solder joint or some how you got some wires mixed up when you put it together.

bent a pin or two??

Connector not seated correct

It was good so must be something you caused by mistake.

Some times we all over look a simple problem

Ya I'm thinking I probably hooked up a wire to the wrong spot or something along those lines. I'm hoping someone has had a similar problem so they know what wire would cause this. So I don't have to tear the whole harness apart and start all over. I'm probably just gonna have to trace each wire and make sure they go to the correct spots

the obdII port doesn't even have to be functional for the truck to drive perfectly. You've just unseated a wire or something when you cleaned it up. Gonna have to pull it apart.
