3.4 Swap No Start

HELP!!! 3.4 Swap No Start
After months of delays I am finally to the point of trying to start my 3.4 swap, but all I get is crank but no spark it would seem like. I pulled the fuel return and there was fuel there. But first a little more info on the truck and donor.
1994 pickup 4x4 excab
original 3.0 automatic
swapping to a 3.4 from a
2000 Toyota 4Runner auto 4x4
as well as a r151f behind the 3.4
wiring harness was done by ORS.
Also while the engine was out I did put a new timing belt and water pump on, but I did verify the timing today with the crank pulley at 0 the cams both line up perfectly. Also the obdII only gives me an auto trans code for the shift solenoids. Could I still have messed up the timing somehow, causing the engine not to start? I’ve tried with the TB cracked a little, wide open and still the same cranking with no start. Any help from the Toyota wizards on here would be greatly appreciated as all my truck has seen lately was a bunch of delays.

3.4 swap crank no start
Just finishing up with my 3.4 swab on a 93 forerunner and went to start and it just cranks almost like it’s not getting any spark. I’ve checked everything wondering if anybody else has any ideas would be greatly appreciative.

You might get more responses with a new thread.
But I'd first start with your 'fuel system', like the COR. And also, I had failed to wire in a wire "FC" i think it was(?) from my start circuit. My 99 ECU would not work until I added that. Basically I had to 'reroute' from my clutch switch.
