3.4 pre install maintenance checklist

Well fellas im getting close to installing the 3.4 in its new home but i want to do the obvious before i put her in. this is the first overhead multi cam engine ive ever put a tool to so i figured id ask yall's input on what i should do.

87k on motor-female driven-engine is dry except for lite seepage around backs of valve covers and what i think is the cam seals. iwanna do this stuff while shes on the stand cause it will be sooooooo much easier then wen installed. im a lil nervous cause ive never worked on one of these before and i dont want to overlook any key components.

planned on doing-
water pump
belts
plugs and wires
valve cover gaskets
cam seals-how many are there? 2 per head-4 per head

heres wher i get a lil slo. there are so many parts with the timing setup i dunno what to replace
i know the timing belt is a no-brainer but what else associated with it gets replaced- im just unsure

does anyone sell any kits or something of the sort or do i have to individually order each piece?

where is the best place to get all this stuff?

thanks guys i will be posting my swap wen im done- i got the hardest part(wiring) figured out now i just got to prep her before she goes in. thanks for all the info-wouldnt be where i am if it wasnt for yall
