I completed the swap and I have no spark and no injector pulse. This ECM came out of donor vehicle which is a 1999 4Runner Limited with transponder key. I have been assured that if you eliminate the ground that this ECM will work. I changed ignitor and still no spark or injector pulse. I have 12volts to Ignitor and injector. I have now ordered an ECM for a non-transponder key 1999 4runner. Is there anything else I could be missing. Scanner communicates with all components. Crank sensor, RPM, Cam sensor, fuel pump. it is all working but no spark or pulse.

Received my new used ECM and it fired on the first crank. Runs as smooth as glass. 4 wheel drive all shifts and works perfect!!! I couldn't be happier.
